What We Can Do With the 7 Computers

5 computers with RTX 3050 cards, 2 with RTX 4070 Ti. Running cost about ₹9,500 a month. Everything worth doing with them, in the order worth trying.

The options

AI videos and ads for local businesses ₹3,000–8,000 / video

Clinics, jewellery shops, coaching centres, restaurants and property brokers in Vijayawada, Guntur and Tenali already buy video every month. A monthly contract of 10 videos is ₹25,000. Fastest money, nothing to set up — start here.

AI training workshops, with a college ₹1.05 lakh / batch

15 people per four-week batch at ₹7,000 each. The college provides students and the room; we provide the training and the machines; the fee is split. No setup cost, no capital — start here.

Esports academy (gaming coaching) ₹60,000–2,00,000 / month

15–25 students at ₹4,000–8,000 a month. Parents pay for coaching, not for "gaming". Scheduled batches, one coach, no cash handling, no food stock. Runs 4–10pm; production uses the machines overnight. Needs ₹3–6 lakh to set up the room.

Tournament evenings ₹100–300 entry × ~100 players

Two to four times a month, plus sponsorship from energy drinks, computer shops and coaching centres. Marketing that pays for itself.

Video work for agencies, under their brand same rates

Same production line, no new sales effort. Fills spare capacity.

"Build my AI computer" service ₹5,000–15,000 / machine

Specify, assemble and set up a working AI machine for someone else. Pure expertise, no stock to hold.

What does not work

The number that matters

Electricity for a 5-second AI video: ₹3–6. It sells for ₹1,500–8,000. We are selling speed and creative work, not machine time.
The main risk is choosing an option that needs ₹4 lakh spent on the room and full-time staff before it earns anything. The first, second, fourth, fifth and sixth options above need almost nothing to start.
Which of these should we take forward first?

Figures are October 2026 estimates from market ranges and should be confirmed before money is committed. Electricity is calculated at ₹9 per unit on an Andhra Pradesh commercial tariff.
